The Public Education Foundation of Moore County website was developed and designed
by Victor Fichman. Vic is an independent web developer, designer, and search
engine optimization specialist. He is also a Volusion Shopping cart consultant
and internet marketing specialist .Vic uses the coldFusion programming language to create dynamic site content management systems with easy to use password protected administration areas. He is based in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area.
