Moore County Public Education Foundation Site Credit

The Public Education Foundation of Moore County website was developed and designed by Victor Fichman. Vic is an independent web developer, designer, and search engine optimization specialist.  He is also a Volusion Shopping cart consultant and internet marketing specialist (and his wife says... please hire him full time somewhere outside the house, please).

Vic uses the coldFusion programming language to create dynamic site content management systems with easy to use password protected administration areas.  He is based in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area.

Vic completed this site under the direction of Mr. Mike Martin, Assistance Director, Creative Services - Corporate Communications, First Health of the Carolinas.  Mike also created the Foundation's logo.

Vic is the creator of and past webmaster (1999 - 2006) for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central & Western North Carolina, developer/creator for Moore Free Care Clinic, the Sandhills Boys & Girls Club, as well as the website FamilyPromiseofMooreCounty.  He is the founder of FireTraining.net, a calendar site for Fire Academy Instructors & Fire Service trainers to list their courses nationally.

Lastly he is presently creating a nation-wide database of AED (Automated External Defibrillators) locations for the web through the site www.AEDLocations.org (premiering soon) allowing folks at sudden cardiac arrest incidents to quickly locate the nearest AED in their town on their portable web capable devices (pda's, cell phones, etc).

Victor is past General Manager and CTO for UsedGolfBallDeals.com and other golf industry related sites owned by Recovered Balls International (RBI LLC).
